Hawaii Artist Statement
This is the first series where I am speaking about myself and my experiences. Living on Maui has taught be to be more quiet, more playful, and open-minded to the possibility that I never knew how to paint before I started painting here. Maui is beautiful and I am simply enjoying the process of painting and exploring that beauty.
